All you need to do is HAVE a PAYPAL account. Once you agree to a price with a BUYER, you SEND him an INVOICE/
REQUEST for payment to HIS PAYPAL ADDRESS(the buyer will give you that address). The buyer then PAYS the INVOICE and "BOOM" you are PAID! Of course PAYPAL takes a chunk(3 to 6%) of the purchase/sale price to fund their enormous pockets.....
