Hey Guys

I am looking for some recommendation on sealing the gaps between the bottom of the fan shroud and the cylinder head tins.  I don't like the gaps.  I used some duck tape, but that is starting to fail due to the heat.  The car is running great right now.  Oil temps are staying low.  I installed a Dakota Digital oil and CHT gauges. I am running the stock sump and cooler with an external oil filter only.  I think its running well due to my sealing job and having all the tins.   So I want to keep some kind of sealing between the fan and cylinder head tins. Any ideas?

If you have gaps there, you'll be losing a lot of cooling air. If you've got the tins fitted as well as they can be already, and there are still gaps, buy the aluminum tape they sell at FLAPS, and stick that over the gaps. A couple layers and a coat of black paint should make it disappear, and it should hold up OK for a few seasons, and then you can do it again.

Or you could glass it....
