I read a previous article that said the car would sell for $350,000 with a regular Porsche engine built to the identical look and spec of the original car or $500,000 for the same car with a four-cam engine built to the exact look and specs of the original.
I can't seem to find the article now though.
In the video the guy talked about owning multi-million dollar car that you wouldn't want to drive around for fear of getting in an accident. Well, I wouldn't want to drive around a $500,000 car for the same reason!
I'll stick with my $35k replica.
Seeing that video really gets me excited about my 550 suby build. Who needs a million dollar replica?...rich guys I guess. I'll be plenty happy with my 200hp suby spyder.
