For the compression ratios almost all of us are running (typically, well under 10:1) I see no advantage to running 100 octane gas, other than you'd probably be able to lug it down under 2 grand in 4'th and it won't knock. while the 2332 is big, it sits at around 150hp and is detuned a bit to be more driveable so 100 Octane probably won't make a difference.
