OK, I’ll take a crack at the fool’s mission of remotely tuning an engine I know nothing about.
My 2-liter stroker has 32 vents (if I remember right) and my jets are similar to yours, EXCEPT for the mains. F11 tubes, 57 idles, 180 airs, but 135 mains. I tried improving gas mileage by dropping to 130 mains, but it started popping a lot. My lesson was just a bit too lean and it pops. With the 135s, I can go down a long hill on trailing throttle and it never pops.
So, if I were changing anything, I might start with larger mains.
But before that, I’d check for spark scatter with a timing light - especially starting at 1500 rpm.
Just some free advice - and you know what that’s worth.
I did try 135 mains, no change. I would like to check for spark scatter but I don’t know what that is?
