Impossible because it is a replica built less than 15 years ago.
David, the car is registered as a 1966 volkswagen if that helps with a transfer?

If it is registered in the U.S. as a 1966 VW, it would be registered the same in Canada, and therefore easy to import. I did exactly that with my first Speedster that I imported to the great white north.
