It's a rough one but doable, I've been down the project path a few times.  Inspect: Chassis , Suspension, Brakes,  Wheels & tires . Body, Electrical, Windshield assembly, Gauges , Interior,  Top , Tonneau cover, Side curtains . Trans.. who knows and the motor has the worst fan shroud ( cooling wise) one could put on an aircooled engine, . A project like that has so many unknows you need to figure the worst case financial scenerio . Type of title is important too . Surely it will need a complete tear down to where to bare body sets on the bare chassis and start from square one as safety is first and reliability second.
