I got an "el Cheapo" Anker one from Amazon for $20 USD. It's wired to the switched 12V out of my radio that normally turns another amp on, so it comes on with the radio and goes "Bidly-Boop!" in the speakers when the key is turned, telling me it and the AUX mode is on. It remembers what it's paired to (my phone) and I just stream from there. It has an adhesive patch on the back so I stuck it to the side of the radio enclosure under the dash (you really can't see it easily).

While it technically works to make phone calls, too, the microphone on it is also over by the radio so it's hard for people to hear me while under way (lots of wind and engine noise), so I pull over if it's not a SPAM call and call them back.
