I owned a 912E back in the sixties in SoCal. OK car, but kept going through valve guides.
It left along with my first wife and then I got a 911S.
I won in three ways.
E’s are nice because they have the TypeIV motor. Other than that, a SWB 66 is a way different car than a 76.
I wouldn’t mind a 76, but I love how much the first body style resembles a 356C.
My holy grail would be an Irish Green 69 soft-window targa, but with prices being what they are, that’s not gonna happen.
