That’s a Dutch plate on the white 550…..

I had a Mini plate on the front of my 2cv Citroen.
the 85 year old owner took the stock plate to Kinkos and had a 70% size one printed , Then he sealed it in plastic , and put it on the front bumper ,

legal…..ummm no……but he was 85 years old so no cop was going to give him a ticket !
