Bay Area - need convertible top replacement

I now (proudly) own a IM Roadster and need to have the convertible top replaced. Any recommendations for a Bay Area shop that can replace the top? Also, what brand of material should I replace the top with?

PS. I live in Palo Alto, California. Thanks in advance.
