Reply to "best rubber protector?"

I've had really good luck with this 303 rubber seal protectant. The seals, door and window rubber on my wife's 10 year old Honda Element look like new and it sits outside 365 days a year. It gets treated once a year when I do the really good detail on it. There rest of the time she drives it through car washes.
