Yes, I've used PcarMarket 4 times with good results. I prefer them over BAT, because they will accept or reject a car quickly and it will go live on their site in just a few days. Their auctions last one week, so your car isn't tied up for several weeks like it is with BAT.

They charge $99 to the seller and 5% of the sale price to the buyer with a maximum of $5,000.
