I had a big/long post ready to go yesterday regarding all the reasons why I wouldn’t do the barbell Wide-5 setup, but it occurred to me that everybody has different expectations.

I’m standing by my observation that $170 delivered to Bob’s door, with the appropriate hardware, ready to go, isn’t bad.

The resulting brake setup would be 20 lbs +/- lighter than the AC/SoCal package.
