Just for the helluvit and as I developed an allergy to beef as I got older, here is the same basic recipe but with Pork substituted for the Beef. After a few iterations, we found that adding the Bushmills Irish Whiskey really put the cap on the Bull, so to speak. If you can't find Bushmills Honey Irish Whiskey (preferred), just add a tablespoon of honey along with the Whiskey.

THAT...... Is one really Kick-Ass Chili!
