Titled as an 84 assembled vehicle? That's going to be a nightmare for any California buyer and lots of other states. Just one of those issues is that it will require smog testing. Pity the poor guy or girl who jumps on it because of the price only to discover they are in a state that will make it very expensive, if not impossible, to register.
