As Jim said tension flippers need to be down, then fasten the top to the header bow before beginning to snap the top onto the body starting with the center snap and alternating left to right , as you snap it into place if needed you to, you can stretch the top with the palm of your hand by pushing down on the top material to stretch it a bit , Lastly more the flippers to the up position.
