Crest for on horn button

I just bought a speedster from Vintage Motors.

- What needs to be done to swap the horn button in the steering wheel with one with the Porsche logo on it?

- Is it easy to replace the crest?

- During the winter, it is -10 degree, is that dangerous when it is stored in a garage?
