That is the Raydyot knockoff from Tourist Trophy. Nice piece, but to make it work with the plexi screen you have to mount it way back, over the edge of the dashboard. It's not totally goofy but it's also not totally right.

Doing mine again I might try the MG TD mirror. Looks short enough. One bolt. Suitably compact and period correct.
