The CMC door bottom issue is common, some of it can be reduced by adjusting the top hinge with a thin shim then see if you can move the door jamb striker plate in a bit ( the thickness of weather stripping may need to be reduced) is sometimes this helps but doesn't not eliminate the issue. More labor intensives, you can split the inner and outer door shell and take out the amount that is protruding and reassemble or, build up the lower right 1/4 and rocker to match the door .
