@JR_1979 , glad things worked out for you.

Don't worry about having to shave off some of the pad thickness. With our cars being so light, the rear brakes wear slowly (at least, if you have disks).

With about 30K miles, I figured I was due for new pads, so ordered a set. When I pulled them to inspect, they were less than half worn down, so I left them in.
