Well, yeah, but not always. My Airkewld brakes would require a change of bolt pattern ONLY. No hubs, calipers, or pads need to be changed. I would have to take the wheel off, then remove 5 bolts and swap the bolt pattern. Then put my Fuchs or whatever on.
