Funny thing. I lost a fuel pump this afternoon. It is a Carter (from CB). Looks just like the Brosol, but when I called Pat he said the last batch he got were all in Carter boxes. Nothing visibly wrong, but when you move the lever it has suction on both the inlet and outlet. Swapped it out and all is solved... Thought this might help.
