Reply to "Help me track down this steering wheel and/or column"

If your horn works without the ignition being on, you might pull the fuse for the horn or disconnect the battery. When you remove the 24, 25, or 27mm nut, you have to shove the horn wire into the long socket which will complete the horn circuit.

Just a tidbit of information I learned when I adjusted my wheel.
