I don’t understand, but I’m the slow kid.

Is there a reason to wait until the other guy brings his complaints to light? Is there a reason that 2 days have passed since he told us his story would be continued, but it hasn’t been?

If you have a legitimate beef, it seems like it would be a lot more productive to outline what that beef is, rather than to say, “I have a beef. More later”.

Just a suggestion.
