Remember studing the "Gartner hype cycle chart" in college. It can apply to Speedster ownership - especially when having a new one built. Both owners are at or near the trough of disillusionment. This is where they sell (and lose $) or start knocking off items on the issue list and becoming enlightened!

I have so many things to do/re-do on mine that I'm stuck in the San Andreus Trench of the trough of disillusionment. Peak of Expectations was the CMC advertsing that said you'd be driving the new Speedster in only 40 hours.
