If you know how to bypass the key and bum start a car you are almost there. How much cheaper can STOLEN be? What am I saying? You will need patience and luck trying to find one close to you to go see. Try Ebay and try some car sales sites. In Canada I bought mine through autotrader.ca. There must be one where you are. Then you will need to see it. I did and it was great since there are many things that can be wrong about the build. You see, most are backyard build ups. You never know how much beer was used in the construction. Mine as an example was an old car that was raced and there are some funky suspension things that need to be addressed. I didn't catch that though.
Expect to pay 15K US to 25K US and expect that it will not stop there. If you find cheaper, it might be a good deal or you might be taking over someone elses problem.
