He is not being straight forward with you as he is stick handling around the system in some way.

You cannot import a kit car or replica as a fully built car Period according to Border Rules !

Having said that getting around the system can be done, just not without stick handling as I quote our national sport. Come to think about it basketball was invented here too

You can easily bring over bodies and parts and John if I was you, I would get a used IM just for the frame and the roll up windows and top plus IM is here.
