second link looks like the rubber that goes around the windshield- between glass and the U shaped aluminum windshield frame. Their descriptions leave a lot to be desired!

DrClock uses VW bug black plastic fender welting under the lower windshield aluminum trim for a more finished look.

This looks like its for the center of the lower side molding - but there is some also around the aluminum piece where it mates to body.

This looks like the center for bumpers - again need the other piece. It looks like it also includes the aluminum piece.
