@Gordon Nichols The pivot bolt simply slides through the first bracket and only bolts into the fitting that is welded on to the pan. Sorry about the pic quality, it is in a deep dark place unfortunately. First pic -the threaded fitting. Second pic - The outer bracket that the pivot bolt slides through.
