Well the rear ones can be purchased from Carey and installed in an afternoon. And as you've said, the fronts aren't needed, as it's easy enough to locate an aluminum or steel plate under the frame and jack that. Or don't even; just use a hockey puck and aim it at the rivets at the edges of your floor.
