It presupposes in that video that you come to a corner and brake then slide your heel/foot on the throttle while you ate finishing with your toe on the brake and with the clutch in changed gears as let the clutch put... heel and toe

i wonder if @Marty Grzynkowicz’s shoes and gloves are needed
