Thought you guys might be interested in my build here in the UK. So seven years work to date. Passed the IVA road legal government test first time. Its very quick. Still tunning the engine and going to paint later this year

Drive train
911 3.2 carrera engine running a pair of 40 Tin Zenith carbs and manifolds circa 1972, programmable 123 distributor
Porsche 911SC 915 gearbox, taken from a 3.0lt SC 1983
Suspension
Front 944 S2 - 4 pot Brembo brake calipers, discs, brackets , ally lower control arms, Gaz coil over150 lbs shocks, anti-roll bar, 944 rack and pinion steering. 944 adjustable steering column and two link cv joints.
Rear 944 S2 - 4 pot Brembo brake calipers, discs, brackets, alloy rear trailing A arms, Uniball rear, anti-roll bar Gaz coil over 350 lbs shocks
944 steering column, rack & pinion, track rods, switch gear
General
VW pan but a fully integrated custom made Tig welded roll cage which run from front to back. Rear tube cradle fabricated to support engine, box section sub-frame underneath, radiused ribs and full roll cage to tie front suspension, door mounts, and rear cradle together.
964 pedal cluster and hydraulic slave/ master clutch modification
BBS RS three piece wheels. Fronts 205 55 16x7 ET 23 Rear 225 50 16x8 ET 11 in audi grey.
The gauges are all 911 but re-worked to look like 356 style, they are beautiful.
Body colour to be decided maybe slate grey
Interior ali buckets with head rests - black and Houdstooth centre. Black/ Houdstooth side panels. Black carpet everywhere

Hard top with moulded A posts covers windscreen post to scuttle + Legacy 2 fold ragtop fitted. Even in the summer I have driven more in the rain than the sun!
