Caster shims, slight toe-in on front AND rear, proper tire pressure and ride height.

My car is not twitchy, doesn't need to be chased. It has no camber compensator in back and didn't used to have a front anti-sway bar. It wasn't twitchy then either.

Start with at least one set of caster shims and a good alignment.
