That's cool, Dave. I've never seen wingnuts with nylocks in them. I believe the thread of 99% of the air cleaners out there is #10-24.

I drilled the wings of my wingnuts and use a spring between them, haven't lost one yet.

I have noticed that if your carbs are not in perfect synch, the tendency will be for things to vibrate off...
