Need help re. 2015 IM on Hemmings

The following ad:

represents the car as a 2015 build with "original build value" $89,740. It has everything that I've been looking for and then some...and is being offered at $49,500. My questions to those of you who know way more about this than I - which means everybody - are as follows:

1) How best to find someone in the area to do a pre-buy inspection?

2) Not that it really matters, but is $89,740 reasonably accurate?

3) What does matter is what is a reasonable price for this car?

4) Answers to any questions I should have but don't know enough to ask..
