I don't think you'll get a new build for less than $35k. There are some really nice used one currently available. Terry N's "Penny" on BaT (ends today), Theron's IM "D" with windup windows, and Dave B's CMC with hard top. All are honest $30k cars --- with no year wait or titling issues.
