Cah you provide more information because with what little you shared it would be purely a shot in the dark.

Who constructed the car?
Was it factory made or done by an individual?
What is the size of the engine---like 1915ccs, 2056cc's etc.
How many miles on the car?
What are you paying for the car?
What year was it made?
Tire sizes?
Where did the car spend it's life?
Have you spoken with the last owner? Why did he let it go?
Got any pictures?
