Thanks gentlemen.

Here is the best picture of the bar that I have. I think it's 3/8"(don't know which steel)water jet cut arms. The collars are 5/8" id, and were welded to the bar first on both ends. Then just the collar edge is welded to the arms.

3/16" and 1/8" mild stock for the bushing mounts.
