@Panhandle Bob been doing that for years with used cars and consignments. We'd put a lot of extra time and money to make a car near perfect and updated, and we could pull a fair premium compared to the general market. Unfortunately now there is little to no "wholesale" market on them since just about every client has internet and has seen BAT... but they're getting that "updated" money for a car that is a lot more of a starting point to a project in my eyes...
