If you have the rubber gasket on and it fits snuggly when pressed in, that's all you need to do. If it's not quite snug enough you can wrap electrical tape or painters tape around it a few times to make it snug.

If it'snnowhere near snug, you will need the nut and L shaped legs that Mayo mentioned.
