I wish you luck in the sale. However, most of us aren't willing to invest 5% to 10% of the total value of our cars in a windshield. Doing so is inconsistent with the philosophy and reason for owning a replica.

Guys here, for the most part, are creating a dream on a budget or are just unwilling to spend outrageous amounts of money for original cars and parts that, while well built, have been duplicated for far less.

If I am willing to put a souped up vw or suby engine in my car, why would I be obsessed with the originality of the windshield?

I just think that this has proven to be the wrong audience for you.
