I'll respond since I initially thought you might be here to conduct a scam. In the past year we've had at least a dozen, maybe more, people who have signed up for on account on Monday and on Tuesday were trying to sell something. All of them were scammers. Here to collect email addresses, cell phone numbers, or deposits. It is the bane of the internet. You are correct in the sense that if I met you at a swap meet I might not treat you the same. That's because you'd be standing in front of me and I'd know you'd be a real person with a real windshield. Or at least a windshield I could inspect and try to authenticate. Not some scammer in a basement sending 1,000's of ads to hundreds of thousands of people trying to lure a few suckers.

Maybe you should have began you're new account, reintroduced yourself and explained about your inability to remember your old identity. Theron may well have been able to locate it and reactivate it. And if not then at least you'd have tried. Then try to sell the windshield. Maybe we could have not come on as strong. Or, instead of posting what amounted to a hit and run ad, explain that you know this is a replica site but that you have an original windshield to sell. Because in addition to scammers we've had several people start accounts and post items for sale and they have no idea this is a replica site.

That's my position and I speak for myself. Others may or may not feel the same.
