@majorkahuna if that was days I’m good...months? @Robert M it might just be the reality of life...your call...I’m sure most of us are expecting it.

I have two guest rooms a big deck, parking for 8-20 cars and plenty of camping on the property 1 mile away if anybody wants to join for a housewarming party...
