Those hoses for the external oil cooler/full-flow oil filter definitely should not be routed between the cooling tins and the cylinders. Not only will the hot air eventually dry out the rubber hoses, but that tin foil heat shielding will raise static pressure and reduce airflow on that side of the engine, which already runs hot.
