Reply to "Return fuel line ,for CIS?"

If I were to fore go, using a stump tank, Where would be the best place to install a return line on the tank? Presently I am thinking, right be side the filler pointing downward into the tank. If wanted to check the pump flow simpley pop the gas cap and look.

Bad idea or good idea?
