No delusions, Bob. It's gone and for a decent price too. I've never seen so many salmon coloured bills all in one pile. Now the Bride thinks her car goes into her side of the garage. Shyt....how will I buff the Roadster and work on the airplane if that happens, eh ? A Man's got stuff to do.........

David---It's kinda sad that your Speedster has sold---after all the work you did, the huge miles you covered then the Suby conversion with the radiator designed even better than some established builders.   What I'm leading up to is that we should establish an SOC museum and the first exhibit should have been your first Speedster.

Enjoy your new ride and sweet Frannie should get whatever garage arrangements she desires!

Thanks, Jack...but you are too generous with your compliments. I'm just a lucky guy that manages to figure things out sometimes.

Here's the final picture. Although they came with a truck and trailer, this new owner was so stoked he drove it home yesterday to the Niagara Region right through the Toronto traffic. Just in the nick of time too. Last night we got our first major snowstorm and five inches of the stuff. After taking the picture I turned around to find Frannie wiping tears from her eyes....we've got a lot of good memories from that car.

But like Mick Jagger said one time  " ya gotta move on".
