Thank you, I will call them maybe they will know someone near me within driving distance with an overheating car. There is about 90 minutes of bumper to bumper between me and Tampa in our normal car so probably want to trailer it over there to avoid getting stuck in traffic and have it overheat. Been limiting drives to about 20 minutes locally til sorted out. I am also going to look for a local vw club or site to join. I was looking for speedster clubs and spaced i could get similar results from vw aircooled sites.

The reference I gave you, Darrin lives in Deland. Is that too far from you? He is a killer mechanic and body man with a ton of aircooled VW expertise.
