Getting 38-40k out of my AC car with the three tops, 6-speaker bluetooth stereo, alarm upgrades, carpeting trunk etc will not be too hard in FL as anything that comes on the market here is 40k plus and is gone before you can call on it. I was in the market for two years and they just go quick here. People keep trying to buy it from me at home depot, gas stations so just about ordering a subaru one, waiting til its almost done then putting this one up for sale and being patient probably. There is a dealer down in miami that orders a car and when its built in 10-11 months he just charges 20k more for it and puts it on websites and its gone. That is his whole business model.
