I am building a EFI, supercharged T1 and to the best of my knowledge I'm the only one that has done it with a Spyder. I'm using a vane type because of the size limitations. You will have to build a bullet proof motor and take a lot of time doing the research to put it together right. I've already spent three months and $7,000.00 and have another month and thousand dollars to go. I would be happy to share what I have learned but there isn't enough space to do it here. By the way, supercharger and turbo guys disagree about which makes more power, either way, forced induction will give your Spyder more than enough power to blow away the muscle car crowd.
And if you don't want to do all of the work and design your own supercharging system CB performance has and bolt on turbo/FI kit for under $2K that you can put on with simple hand tools over a weekend.
